Art has always had a strong pull on me. It brought me across the Atlantic and has informed most of my life.

Alwin Nikolais said to me: "I don't see you as a dancer,

I see you as a creator".

This devastated me at the time, I wanted to dance. 

Dance was my first love.

Painting, came later.

I now love all disciplines,

and have never stopped dancing.
